Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake

You will need

3 carrots
⁠90 g flour
2 tbsp of brown sugar 
1 bag of vanilla sugar⁠
2 tbsp of honey 
⁠3 eggs⁠
1 tbsp of sunflower oil⁠
10 walnuts
⁠1 tbsp of baking powder⁠ 
1 tsp of cinnamon (or more if you love it!)

 

 

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C

  2. Wash, peel and grate the carrots finely

  3. Crush the nuts ⁠⁠

  4. Mix the 3 eggs with the brown sugar

  5. Add all the ingredients: flour, crushed nuts, grated carrots, oil, baking powder and cinnamon

  6. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan.

  7. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C⁠
