French beans al ajillo.

Ingredients:

- 10-15 French beans

- 2 garlics, chopped ๐Ÿง„

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

- 1 tablespoon lemon๐Ÿ‹ juice

- 1 tablespoon white wine

- salt ๐Ÿง‚ and pepper

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions:

1 - Bring a pot of salted water ๐Ÿ’ง to boil.ย 

2 - Cook the French beans in boiling water for 1 min and quickly cool in iced water. Drain well.

3 - In a small skillet heat ๐Ÿณ the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook on low heat until slightly golden (donโ€™t over good the garlic, or it will taste bitter).

4 - Add the French beans and season with paprika, salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

5 - Immediately add the lemon juice and white wine.

6 - Serve topped with fresh parsley.
