French beans al ajillo.
Ingredients:
- 10-15 French beans
- 2 garlics, chopped ๐ง
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1 tablespoon lemon๐ juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- salt ๐ง and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped ๐ฟ
Instructions:
1 - Bring a pot of salted water ๐ง to boil.ย
2 - Cook the French beans in boiling water for 1 min and quickly cool in iced water. Drain well.
3 - In a small skillet heat ๐ณ the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook on low heat until slightly golden (donโt over good the garlic, or it will taste bitter).
4 - Add the French beans and season with paprika, salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
5 - Immediately add the lemon juice and white wine.
6 - Serve topped with fresh parsley.
