Gluten-Free Bowl

đŸ„‘Â  Gluten-Free BowlÂ đŸŒ±â 

You will need
Gluten free Brown rice ~ buckwheat ~ quinoa ~ millet Mix
1 egg
1 small Broccoli, 1 carrot
5 or 6  Cherry Tomatoes
œ cucumber
3 or 4 Cherry Radish
1 ripe avocado
Gluten free Toasts
Comte Cheese

  1. 🍚 Cook as instructed a rice ~ buckwheat ~ quinoa ~ millet Mix⁠⁠
  1. đŸ„šÂ Cook in boiling water eggs for 6 minutes⁠
  1. ♚ Blanch the brocoli and carrots: Boil them for 3/4 minutes then place them in cold water for a few minutes to stop the cooking process. Once cooked, roughly chop them⁠
  1. đŸ”Ș Slice some cherry tomatoes, organic cucumber, radish and some Comte⁠
  1. đŸ‘©đŸ»â€đŸłÂ Prepare your avocado toasts: slice ripped avocado and lay them on a gluten free toast⁠⁠
  1. đŸ„ąÂ Season with Cold pressed organic olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and Kampot pepper⁠
