You will needGluten free Brown rice ~ buckwheat ~ quinoa ~ millet Mix
1 egg
1 small Broccoli, 1 carrot
5 or 6Â Â Cherry Tomatoes
œ cucumber
3 or 4Â Cherry Radish
1 ripe avocado
Gluten free Toasts

- đ Cook as instructed a rice ~ buckwheat ~ quinoa ~ millet Mixâ â
- đ„Â Cook in boiling water eggs for 6 minutesâ
- âšïž Blanch the brocoli and carrots: Boil them for 3/4 minutes then place them in cold water for a few minutes to stop the cooking process. Once cooked, roughly chop themâ
- đȘÂ Slice some cherry tomatoes, organic cucumber, radish and some Comteâ
- đ©đ»âđłÂ Prepare your avocado toasts: slice ripped avocado and lay them on a gluten free toastâ â
- đ„ąÂ Season with Cold pressed organic olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and Kampot pepperâ
