
Mango Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 mango
- 1 red onion
- 1 lime
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 1 handful of arugula (rocket)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oilÂ

Preparation  (20min)
- Dice the avocado and mango, and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Finely slice the red onion and add it to the fruits.
- Add a handful of arugula for a fresh green touch.
- Cut the feta into cubes and gently fold it into the salad.
- In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
- Finish with the cashew nuts for a delightful crunch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this burst of flavors!
