
Parmesan dressing
Here is a delicious and easy to make dressing that you can keep in your fridge for up to one week. it will make eating your greens super easy. 🥬
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated but not too thinly
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves chopped thinly
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt flower and pepper to taste
You can store this dressing for up to one week in your fridge. Please always whisk it and shake the container before serving.
