Chilled Strawberry Basil Soup
- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 cup of strawberry flavored yogurt
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 tbsps of lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- ¼ tsp of vanilla extract
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until they are mixed and blended well.
- Serve with some cut strawberries and mint leaves or store in your refrigerator until it’s ready to serve.
