This lettuce shines with a simple dressing—just olive oil, salt, and pepper will do.
As it's organic and straight from the soil, we recommend soaking the leaves for 10 minutes in water with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. This helps clean them and gently removes any tiny guests from the farm (yes, even the occasional snail—don’t worry, they’re harmless and only speak Thai 🐌).
❄️ How to Store Your Lettuce
To keep your lettuce crisp and fresh for up to 5 days:

Soak and rinse thoroughly.

Dry each leaf very well.

Lay the leaves flat across a clean tea towel.

Roll them up gently, row by row.

Store the towel roll in the vegetable drawer of your fridge.
