French Tomato Pie

You will need
1 short crust
3 Tbsp of Mustard (Dijon preferably)
5 or 6 Large tomatoes
Fresh basil, chopped
Garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Grated cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180C
  • Lay the short crust in a tart pan and poke the dough all over with a fork
  • Spread the Mustad on the tart and cover with a layer of grated cheese
  • Slice the tomatoes and place them on the dough in a beautiful snail shape
  • Sprinkle with garlic, basil leaves, salt and Olive Oil
  • Cook for 25 – 30 minutes until the crust and the cheese are lightly golden

Serve with a green organic salad from ShiokFarm, cold or warm ????????‍????
