Parmesan dressing

Here is a delicious and easy to make dressing that you can keep in your fridge for up to one week. it will make eating your greens super easy. ????


  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated but not too thinly
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped thinly
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt flower and pepper to taste
You can store this dressing for up to one week in your fridge. Please always whisk it and shake the container before serving.
