Rince it, wrap it in a cloth and put it in the lower part of your fridge. You can keep it for up to a week.
How to prepare
There are so many different ways to eat cabbage. You will find hundreds of recipes for soup, or in a wok, or different Asian dishes. Here are two of my family’s favourites: Cabbage Hash Brown OR raw, cut really really thinly (use a mandoline if you have one), add a bit of Japanese non oil Shiso sauce, eat. It is surprisingly delicious!
