How to prepare
Dragon fruit are rich in antioxidants, fat free and high in fibre, vit C and B. Cut it in half, and eat it with a spoon, or cut it into cubes and grill it. Alternatively, you can toss it into a blender with some yogurt, and make a smoothie.
Delivered from our farm, so wash before cooking. Best kept out of the fridge and on a cool veg rack. Underripe tomatoes can be kept at room temperature, very ripe in the fridge – but bring to room temperature before eating for flavour.
