How to prepare
I usually soak them in water + white vinegar for 10 minutes and then rince them thoroughly. They are organic but come straight from the farm, so it is better to wash them before eating them. Once they are dry, put them in the fridge in a air tight container, with some kitchen paper at the bottom of the container to absorbe the remaining water. You probably want to try to taste a couple of grapes to check how ripe they are. If they taste sweet, they are ready to be eaten.
Will keep for a few days in the fridge – unless they are ripe, in which case, eat them quickly (today or tomorrow). If you wait for too long, they will start to fermeuntate and will taste more like vinegar than grapes.
