Unpasteurised Organic Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts are an excellent energy source and can help give you a sense of satiety. After almonds, they are the richest fruit in vitamin E. They are also a good source of minerals, including potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, which are precious allies for bone health and the enemies of fatigue.

Did you know that almonds have a high amount of oil and fat content that absorbs pesticides easily, so it is best to buy organic. Walnuts have a lot of pest issues and as such are saturated with pesticides and more chemicals than any other nut.
