One of the most convenient ways to boost our immunity is with a simple, yet effective juice.
The easiest, healthiest, and most delicious recipe I have come across so far is the orange🍊, carrots🥕 and ginger juice. It is a classic, but it works!
Ingredients:
1. 7 Oranges🍊
2. 4 Carrots🥕
3. 6cm Fresh Ginger
You just peel them and blend them together and that’s it. Give everyone in your household half a cup to start the day, every day for one week, and you should see some happy, healthy cheeks!
