Organic Beef and Bok Choy Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 400 grams organic beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon organic cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon organic soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon organic rice wine
- 1 tablespoon organic sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon organic olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 organic red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 head organic bok choy, chopped
- 1/4 cup organic beef broth
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1 tablespoon organic oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon organic cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Organic brown rice, for serving
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and chopped bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, honey, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sauce to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
- Serve the organic beef and bok choy stir-fry over cooked brown rice.
