How to eat it?
you can of course eat them raw, they are delicious. If they are a bit too ripe, you can prepare a plum tart or even plum co pote to put on a yogurt.
How to store it?
Will keep for around 5 days at room temperature. Delivered fresh from the farm, so it is better to wash them before eating.
