French beans al ajillo.

Ingredients:

– 10-15 French beans

– 2 garlics, chopped ????

– 1/2 cup olive oil

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ????️

– 1 tablespoon lemon???? juice

– 1 tablespoon white wine

– salt ???? and pepper

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped ????

Instructions:

1 – Bring a pot of salted water ???? to boil. 

2 – Cook the French beans in boiling water for 1 min and quickly cool in iced water. Drain well.

3 – In a small skillet heat ???? the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook on low heat until slightly golden (don’t over good the garlic, or it will taste bitter).

4 – Add the French beans and season with paprika, salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

5 – Immediately add the lemon juice and white wine.

6 – Serve topped with fresh parsley.
