Oven baked shiitake mushrooms

You will need

2 cups shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and cut in strips
1 Tbsp sake
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp chopped ginger
Chopped spring onion or parsley for garnishing 
Dash of lemon juice 

1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. In an oven proof dish mix the mushrooms, sake, soy sauce and ginger.
3. Cut the butter in small pieces and scatter on top of the mushrooms.
4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 min. 
5. Garnish with spring onion and a dash of lemon juice.

Deliciously tasty, serve these baked mushrooms on toast, add them to pasta and risotto or enjoy them as is!
