How to prepare
Diced beef needs to be tenderised. You can either pound the beef chunks with a meat mallet to tenderise them, but you will need a beef mallet (!), or make sure you cook them very slowly for a very long time. And this is our favourite method. 🙂
Take your diced beef out of the freezer two days before cooking them. Remove them from their plastic bag and remove the excess liquid with a kitchen paper towel.
You can slow cook them, you can also do a beef stew & rice.
